Comfortable apartment in a quiet area Positive: A very comfortable apartment with A/C in every room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms (one bathroom is accessed directly from the bedroom, and the other bathroom is accessed from the living room). The beach is just 2-minute walk away. Parking is available in a gated community. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very nice and communicative. Negative: This is not a big disadvantage, but you should be aware that this is the very edge of Santa Pola. Within a few hundred meters, there's one mini-supermarket and few restaurants. Larger markets, restaurants, gas stations, and public transportation aren't found until the city center, about 2.5 km from the apartment.

Apartamento perfecto Positive: Todo , el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien y poder disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones, las camas muy bien , los baños limpios y espaciosos, la cocina , aire acondicionado, lavadora, la ubicación , a tres minutos de la playa Negative: Por decir algo ,que no tiene microondas 😅😅

Positive: Muy bien ubicado y muy comoda la casa Negative: La limpieza era escasa y todos los dias matamos una cucaracha tambien habia muchos mosquitos tanto en la casa como en la zona en la que estaba ubicada. Por suerte en la casa nos habían dejado un spray mata cucas

Positive: Все сподобалося, нас зустріли при заселенні, все показали. Дуже комфортне помешкання, чисте, всі кімнати з кондиціонерами. Приємний бонус, пляшка шампанського, декілька пляшок пива і снеки, які господар приготував для гостей. До пляжу приблизно 5 хв пішки, до центру 8 хв на авто, до аеропорту Аліканте 15 хв. Були з двома дітьми, є все необхідне для проживання.
